These terms govern your use of the services provided by NETICKS inc, a corporation registered in the United States. NETICKS inc builds, owns, operates and commercially represents the Neticks EV charging service at neticks.com and the parcel-shipping platform Bid2Ship at bid2ship.eu. References to “Bid2Ship” mean NETICKS inc trading as Bid2Ship. By using either service you agree to these terms.
Neticks supplies and operates commercial EV charging for property owners. Bid2Ship lets customers compare courier prices and arrange transport of documents and parcels through third-party carriers; the transport itself is performed by the carrier chosen, subject to that carrier’s own terms. Your contract in both cases is with NETICKS inc.
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Programme name: Bid2Ship delivery updates, operated by NETICKS inc trading as Bid2Ship. The programme sends parcel status updates by text message to customers who have opted in.
Customers opt in at bid2ship.eu under Settings → Notifications, by ticking the SMS box, which is not pre-ticked, and entering their own mobile number. The consent step is shown publicly at bid2ship.eu/sms. The time consent was given is recorded.
You will receive one confirmation message when you opt in, and up to three messages for each shipment: collected by the courier, out for delivery, and delivered. Message frequency varies with the number of shipments you send. The programme sends no marketing or promotional messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, your SMS opt-in data or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, not to ship prohibited or dangerous goods in breach of a carrier’s rules or applicable law, and to give accurate parcel and address information. You are responsible for correct customs declarations where applicable.
Prices shown are indicative until a booking is confirmed and may vary with the carrier, weight, dimensions and destination. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Refunds and cancellations follow the applicable carrier’s policy and our refund terms.
For shipping, NETICKS inc trading as Bid2Ship acts as an intermediary between you and the carriers. Liability for loss, damage or delay of a shipment lies with the carrier under its terms and any insurance selected. To the extent permitted by law, NETICKS inc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services.
NETICKS inc is the data controller and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
